Proverbs 29:6

Proverbs 29:6

Little Bible — for children and parents · Growth Figures · © Growth Figures. All rights reserved.

Sin is never just an action — it creates a trap. The person who keeps doing wrong becomes caught in their own wrongdoing. Righteousness, by contrast, brings freedom and joy — the righteous person has nothing to hide and nothing to fear. This verse pictures moral life as either captivity or freedom.

Memory phrase: Right living brings joy.

Talk about it: Why does doing wrong trap a person?

Prayer: God, keep me free by helping me choose right.
