Proverbs 28:7

Proverbs 28:7

Wisdom is demonstrated both in personal obedience and in the company one keeps. A son who keeps the law honours his father. A son who runs with riotous, undisciplined companions brings public shame. The friends we choose are a direct reflection of — and influence on — our wisdom and our family's honour.

Memory phrase: Choose wise friends always.

Talk about it: How do the friends you choose show what kind of person you are?

Prayer: God, help me obey You and choose wise friends.
