John 17:3

John 17:3

Little Bible — for children and parents · Growth Figures · © Growth Figures. All rights reserved.

Eternal life is relational knowledge of the Father through Jesus Christ, the sent Son. Calling the Father ‘the only true God’ does not deny the Son’s deity: this same prayer presents the Son as sharing the Father’s glory before creation. Eternal life begins now and never invites a child to seek death.

Memory phrase: Know God through Jesus

Talk about it: Why is eternal life more than simply living after death?

Prayer: Jesus, help me receive your prayer with truth, hope, and safety.
