Proverbs 31:27

Active oversight of the household is her calling — she pays attention, she manages, she is aware. And she refuses idleness. The 'bread of idleness' is the provision that comes from doing nothing — she has no part in it. Her diligence is both active (oversight) and negative (refusal of laziness).
