Proverbs 30:24

Agur now turns from the disturbing to the instructive. Four small creatures — ants, conies, locusts, spiders — are 'exceeding wise.' The word for wisdom here implies practical skill and insight. Size and strength are not the measures of wisdom. These small things accomplish extraordinary things through diligence, planning, cooperation, and persistence. Wisdom is available to the small.

Memory phrase: Small can still be wise.
