Proverbs 18:5

Favouritism toward the wicked in legal or moral judgement is explicitly condemned. To 'accept the person' means to show partiality based on who someone is rather than what is right. Overturning justice for the righteous is a grave wrong. God cares deeply about fair judgment — for it reflects His own character.
