Proverbs 16:4

God's sovereignty is total — even the wicked, in their rebellion, are not outside His ultimate purposes. The 'day of evil' for the wicked is not an accident but a scheduled reckoning. This is a sobering but steadying truth: history is not random; God holds all of it.
