Proverbs 15:25

Proverbs 15:25

Little Bible — for children and parents · Growth Figures · © Growth Figures. All rights reserved.

God actively opposes the proud — their achievements will not stand. But He also actively defends the most vulnerable: widows who could not legally defend their own property in the ancient world. God is the champion of the defenceless and the enemy of the arrogant.

Memory phrase: God defends the helpless.

Talk about it: Who are the people nobody else seems to protect?

Prayer: God, make me humble and protect the weak.
