Proverbs 13:7

This verse punctures appearances. True wealth is not what we display. Some who appear wealthy are inwardly bankrupt — no real relationships, no integrity, no peace with God. Some who appear poor are genuinely rich — in wisdom, love, godliness, and contentment. Proverbs consistently subverts the world's definition of success.
