Proverbs 11:20

Proverbs 11:20

'Froward' means twisted or perverse — a heart set against God's ways. Such a heart is abominable to God. But the upright heart — aligned with God's truth and ways — brings Him delight. God looks at the heart first.

Memory phrase: God delights in uprightness.

Talk about it: Why does God care about your heart first?

Prayer: God, make my heart upright before You.
