Proverbs 30:28

The spider (or lizard, in some translations) reaches royal palaces not through strength or status but through grip — through persistent holding on. It cannot be kept out by walls or guards because it simply keeps climbing. This is a powerful image of perseverance: small, weak things that keep reaching, keep holding, keep going — can end up in the highest places.

Memory phrase: Keep holding on. Keep climbing.

Talk about it: What should you do when something is hard and you want to give up?

Prayer: God, help me not give up. Help me keep going.
