No matter how cleverly wickedness is concealed — with smooth talk, pleasant manners, and deceitful cover — God ensures that it will be exposed. The 'whole congregation' pictures the community as the audience for God's justice. Secret sin is never permanent; exposure is God's sovereign guarantee.
