Proverbs 21:3

This verse echoes the prophetic tradition (Micah 6:8; Amos 5:21-24): God desires justice and righteous living over religious performance. Sacrifice without righteous living is unacceptable. This does not abolish worship but insists that worship flows from a life of justice.
