Proverbs 20:3

True honour — not weakness — is found in refusing to be drawn into conflict. The fool cannot resist stirring things up or inserting himself into disputes. Wisdom knows when to disengage. This is a counter-cultural proverb: the world sees walking away as cowardice, but God calls it honour.
