Proverbs 19:2

Zeal without knowledge is dangerous. Acting quickly without understanding the situation — or God's wisdom — produces sin. Solomon pairs ignorance with haste: both lead to the same outcome. True wisdom requires pausing to gather knowledge before acting. Impulsiveness, even with good intentions, can cause harm.
