Proverbs 16:13

Wisdom in leadership includes the wisdom to love truth-tellers. A king who delights in righteous lips creates a culture of honesty around him. Conversely, a leader who surrounds himself with flattery is heading toward ruin. This is a call both to truthful speech and to leadership that welcomes it.
