John 18:12

The Son of God allowed His hands — the hands that had healed thousands — to be bound. He submitted to humiliation so that we could be set free.

Memory phrase: Jesus was bound for us.

Talk about it: Jesus could have escaped — so what does it mean that He let them tie Him up?

Prayer: Lord Jesus, Your hands were bound so mine could be free. I am deeply grateful.
