John 16:10

Jesus connects righteousness with his return to the Father and disappearance from the disciples’ sight. Many Christians understand this as the Father’s vindication of Jesus despite the world’s verdict; other readings emphasize the exposure of the world’s false righteousness or the righteousness Jesus provides. It never means children become morally perfect.
