John 11:33

John 11:33

Little Bible — for children and parents · Growth Figures · © Growth Figures. All rights reserved.

Jesus was not unmoved by human grief. He entered into it fully. The word 'troubled' suggests a deep stirring — possibly anger at the devastation death brings into a world He created for life.

Memory phrase: Jesus is moved by our tears.

Talk about it: Does it help you to know that Jesus feels sad with you when you are sad? Why?

Prayer: Jesus, thank You that You are not far away and cold when I am sad. You feel it with me.
