John 5:29

John 5:29

Little Bible — for children and parents · Growth Figures · © Growth Figures. All rights reserved.

The resurrection has two outcomes. This is not salvation by works — 'done good' and 'done evil' summarise the directions of one's life that flow from belief or unbelief. The reference is to the kind of life that flows from faith in Christ.

Memory phrase: Rise to life or rise to judgment.

Talk about it: Why is it important to know that every person will face judgment one day? How should that affect the way we live?

Prayer: Jesus, I want to live a life that pleases You. Help me to do good because I love You.
