John 5:19

Jesus explains His relationship with the Father: perfect unity and submission. Far from claiming independence, Jesus claims intimate alignment — He watches what the Father does and mirrors it perfectly. This is not weakness but perfect love and unity.

Memory phrase: The Son does what the Father does.

Talk about it: Jesus only did what He saw the Father doing. How can we try to do the same — only do what God shows us?

Prayer: Jesus, help me to watch what You do and follow Your example — just like You watch and follow the Father.
