John 5:14

Jesus sought the man out again — this time in the Temple. Physical healing alone is not the end goal; Jesus cares about the whole person. His warning about sin is not cruel but deeply caring — He wants the man to have lasting wholeness, not just temporary health.

Memory phrase: Be healed — and sin no more.

Talk about it: Jesus healed the man's body but also talked about his soul. Why do you think both mattered to Jesus?

Prayer: Jesus, thank You for healing me and for caring about my whole life — my body and my heart. Help me to sin no more.
