One of the greatest confessions in the Gospel of John — 'the Saviour of the world.' Coming from Samaritans, who were outsiders to Israel, it was a foretaste of the global mission.

Memory phrase: Jesus is the Saviour of the whole world.

Talk about it: They called Jesus the 'Saviour of the world' — not just of the Jews, not just of Samaritans, but of the whole world. Who does that include?

Prayer: Jesus, You are the Saviour of the world — and my Saviour too. I believe.
