the wild goats: The yaal:, is the ibex, or rock goat, so called from alah:, to ascend, because it is famous for mounting to the tops of the highest rocks. Its general appearance is that of the tame goat, of a dusky brown colour; but the male is larger, with long horns, bending backwards. ;
