Wherefore for whereupon, A.V. Disobedient ( ἀπειθής); see ; , etc. The turn of the phrase is moat skillful; as if be should say, "Can you blame me for obeying such a heavenly message?

How could I act otherwise, being thus directed?" Vision ( ὀπτασία); ; ; 2 Corinthians 12:1. Found also repeatedly in the LXX. of Daniel and Wisdom (comp. the use of ὀπτάνω, ).
