Isaiah 60:3

The Gentiles shall come to thy light. Plunged in darkness themselves (Isaiah 60:2), the Gentiles shall be astonished and attracted by Israel's radiance, and shall draw near to it and seek to partake of it.

Among them shall come even their "kings," drawn by the brightness of the glory (comp. Isaiah 49:23).
