Job 21:10

Job 21:10

The Pulpit Commentary · Joseph S. Exell and contributors · Public Domain

Their bull gendereth, and faileth not; rather, their cow conceiveth Shor ( שׁוֹר), which is of both genders, must here be taken as feminine. Their cow (rather, their heifer) calveth, and casteth not her calf.

Both conception and birth are prosperous; there is neither barrenness nor abortion.
